Learning about our emotions – new video for children

'Learning about our Emotions' is a short video that was created by My Young Mind Enfield, also known as the Enfield CAMHS Mental Health Support Team in Schools.

The video was made to mark World Mental Health Day in collaboration with some Enfield primary schools. It’s aimed at key stage 2 pupils, and appropriate up to key stage 3. The video provides information about feelings and tools for managing emotions when things are difficult.
